Qualifications

• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 6 months Patient Transportation and/or Dispatching experience.
• 6 months Customer service experience, preferably in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized knowledge base for Lift Tech, Dispatch, Courier, and Transportation programs.
• Coach staff, uphold safety standards, and ensure the proper function of all patient movement equipment; report issues to Supervisors.
