• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

• 6 months Customer service experience, preferably in a health care setting.

• Provides a centralized knowledge base for Lift Tech, Dispatch, Courier, and Transportation programs.
• Coaches staff, supports sound decision making and quality assurance.
• Maintains safe operation of patient movement equipment and reports issues to Supervisors.
• Ensures adherence to facility policies and infection control programs.
