Covenant Jobs in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Lead Patient Transporter to oversee patient movement operations at Covenant Medical Center. You will coordinate Lift Tech, Dispatch, Courier, and Transportation programs while coaching staff and ensuring compliance with safety and infection-control policies.

The role requires at least 1 year in patient transportation or dispatch, plus a year of customer service, ideally in healthcare, and a BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Competenze

• 1 year Patient Transportation and/or Dispatching experience.
• 1 year Customer service experience, preferably in a health care setting.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Mansioni

• Lead Patient Transporter maintains departmental services and serves as a centralized knowledge base for duties and functions.
• Coaches staff and ensures safety, quality assurance, infection control, and proper operation of movement equipment.
• May provide training for less-experienced team members with minimal supervision.
