Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, economics, public health or related field.
• 2+ years of applied analytics experience.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Strong SQL and Python/R skills; knowledge of AI.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience developing data visualization tools.
• Ability to monitor, track, and develop programs to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Collect, integrate, validate, and analyze data from patient support programs and related sources.
• Analyze patient and customer journeys to identify trends and barriers.
• Develop dashboards and reports for performance insights.
• Provide executive summaries with findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business needs.
