Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Analyst, Patient Support Analytics to transform patient support, self-pay, affordability, pharmacy, and operational data into actionable insights that improve patient access to therapy and strengthen program performance.

You will design dashboards, perform advanced analytics, and partner with PSS, Market Access, Finance, and IT to enable executive decisions and drive program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field.
• 2+ years analytics experience; pharma a plus.
• Strong SQL; Python or R; familiarity with AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collect, integrate, validate, and analyze data from patient support programs and related channels.
• Identify trends and barriers; evaluate program performance and drive insights.
• Design and maintain dashboards and standardized reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with PSS, Market Access, Finance, and IT to meet data needs.
• Measure impact of improvement programs and tell the customer story with analytics.
