Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Associate Director of Patient Support Services Analytics in Morristown, NJ to lead analytics for Rare Disease programs. You will drive data-informed decision-making, develop KPI dashboards, and partner with Commercial and PSS teams to translate data into actionable insights that improve patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Mathematics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare analytics; translate findings into business recommendations.
• Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel; 3+ years BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) with Power BI report writing.

Responsibilities

• Execute analytics on patient journey, conversion, adherence, and program performance for Rare Disease; translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Lead offshore analytics team with project delivery, providing context and ensuring quality, timeliness, and business fit.
• Ensure KPI dashboards and reporting in Power BI are evolved to meet business needs, collaborating with BI team.
• Perform ad-hoc and strategic analyses to identify opportunities and trends in patient access and program performance.
• Partner with Commercial and PSS teams to develop analytics solutions that drive optimization and evidence-based measurement.
• Leverage advanced analytics techniques and AI-augmented tools to enhance insights and translate findings into business context.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and validation across outputs; collaborate with data management teams.
