The role requires 2+ years of analytics experience, strong SQL, Python/R, and a data visualization mindset, with collaboration across diverse teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field with strong analytics focus.
• Proven SQL, Python or R skills and experience with data visualization.
• Experience translating data into actionable business insights; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from patient support programs and channels to identify trends.
• Evaluate program performance using enrollment, time to therapy, and persistence metrics.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reports for executive insights.
• Collaborate with PSS, Market Access, Finance, IT for aligned analytics.
• Apply AI techniques to deepen actionability of insights.
