Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Patient Safety/Risk specialist to support the Sr. Manager of Patient Safety, Risk at SITE. This hybrid role involves 3 on-site days at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH and 2 remote days, with flexible on-site days.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in nursing, pharmacy, physical therapy, or a related field and healthcare experience. You will coordinate hospital-wide safety initiatives, analyze adverse events, and assist in regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in nursing, pharmacy, PT or related field.
• 1–2 years healthcare experience preferred; hospital setting is advantageous.
• Experience with adverse event analysis or patient safety is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Department Chairs and Patient Care Services on internal peer review.
• Assist in analyzing adverse events and prepare for regulatory visits; maintain confidentiality.
• Help identify and implement corrective actions to reduce risk with hospital teams.
• Review and develop hospital policies related to patient safety.
• Support staff education on patient safety topics and non-punitive reporting.
