Job summary

Ensemble RCM in Jacksonville, TX is seeking a Financial Navigating Senior Specialist to guide patients through the financial journey from admission to post-discharge. This on-site role requires evaluating benefits, estimating out-of-pocket costs, arranging payments, and providing education to improve patient experience and financial performance.

The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years in revenue cycle, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong problem-solving skills to coordinate

Qualifications

• Experience in multiple areas of the revenue cycle, including financial counseling and eligibility.
• Knowledge of Medicaid screening or public benefits processes is a plus.
• Experience in patient access or physician-based revenue cycle roles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing benefits, estimating out-of-pocket costs, and facilitating payment arrangements.
• Calculates patient liability estimates and collects payments at point of service.
• Addresses billing and coverage inquiries and maintains accurate accounts.
• Provides education and problem resolution to improve patient experience and financial performance.
• Monitors trends and prepares operational reports to support process improvement.
• Meet productivity and department KPIs; triage patient financial questions as needed.
• Collaborate with case management, social workers, and physician liaisons.
