Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• CRCR certification within 6 months of hire.
• Inquisitive mindset and openness to AI and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial counseling and estimate patient out-of-pocket costs.
• Assist with billing inquiries and set up payment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and monthly reports.
