Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of office assistant/secretarial experience.
• Bilingual preferred, at least understand/speak Spanish to communicate with patients.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable/Billing and collection of fees.
• Cross-train to reception, scheduling appointments and medical records.
• Provide clerical support and assist staff and clients.
