Responsibilities

• Destination Coordination: Greets patients and families, provides directions and escort assistance to destinations.
• Disseminates patient information while respecting confidentiality and visiting hours policies.
• Issues parking passes, scooters, and tracks patient belongings upon admission.
• Environmental Services: Organizes areas and equipment, replenishes supplies, reports maintenance issues.
• Administrative Support: Handles admissions, transfers, physician orders, and charting in the EHR.
• General: Answers phones, responds to call lights, rounds hourly, and supports patient needs.
