Responsibilities

• Provides patient care including assisting with procedures and activities of daily living.
• Documents in the medical record and reports changes in patient status.
• Assists with ADLs and physical, respiratory and cardiopulmonary therapies as directed by the RN.
• Assists with patient transportation and coordination of care within unit.
• Maintains safety by following policies and procedures and reports equipment malfunctions.
