- 4 years of experience in medical/healthcare setting.
- 2 years of experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion.
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.
Aufgaben
- Coordinate incoming referrals and ensure prior authorization where required.
- Serve as the first point of contact for physicians, clinical staff and office staff regarding referrals.
- Review referrals for pertinent elements and route to appropriate staff or insurance platforms.
