Job summary

Tenet Healthcare at Saint Francis Hospital - Bartlett, Bartlett, TN is seeking an operations coordinator to provide lead support to Supervisors and Managers. You will mentor staff, cover for Patient Advocates, and conduct account-level analysis across the market.

This role collaborates with facility leadership, reviews work effort, and prepares monthly reports. Occasional travel to facilities is required as part of cross-coverage and training responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivlent.
• Minimum 2 years work experience with Social Services or Hospital Admitting or related area.
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word; able to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and document employee work effort; provide feedback to staff.
• Compile and analyze monthly reports (Month End data, Aging, Trending, Cancellations, Inventory Reconciliations, census review).
• Communicate with facility administration; act as liaison at meetings.
• Provide cross-coverage for Patient Advocates; travel to facilities as needed.
• Perform financial clearance including collections.
