Saint Francis Physician Network is seeking a Physician Practice Supervisor to lead the administrative and operational functions for our Bartlett, TN practice(s). You will drive excellence in patient flow, staff performance, and daily office operations to support high-quality care.

The role requires 5 years in a physician office with at least 2 in supervision, a college degree, and strong leadership, scheduling, and coaching skills.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a physician office, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Optimize staff performance and workflow in the office.
• Schedule staff and assign tasks.
• Provide training and coaching to the team.
• Oversee daily operations including cash reconciliation, charge entry, and checks and balances.
• Resolve patient issues as needed.
