Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett is seeking a Quality/Performance Improvement professional to support evidence-based measures and ensure accurate documentation of quality outcomes. The role focuses on data-driven improvement and alignment with accreditation readiness.

You will participate in data analysis, reporting, and ongoing quality initiatives across nursing units and departments to enhance patient care and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to generate reports and present findings clearly.
• Experience supporting Joint Commission preparation and surveys.

Responsibilities

• Track, trend and analyze data to identify opportunities to improve processes related to Quality / Performance Improvement programs.
• Make daily rounds on nursing units to identify areas of opportunity to improve patient outcomes.
• Generate reports, spreadsheets, charts and presentations to support quality initiatives.
• Support Joint Commission readiness activities including participating in mock surveys and unit-based audits.
• Perform related duties as required.

Job Summary

The individual in this position assists with implementation of Quality / Performance Improvement objectives and has a significant role in ensuring accurate and compliant evidence based measure documentation and in reporting of quality of care outcomes.

• tracking, trending and analyzes data to identify and improve processes related to Quality / Performance Improvement programs.
• makes daily rounds on nursing units and identifies areas of opportunity to improve patient outcomes.
• Generates reports, spreadsheets, charts and presentations as needed to assist in the Quality / Performance Improvement efforts.
• actively supports ongoing Joint Commission preparation including participation in Joint Commission Survey Ready Team, unit based audits, record reviews and tracers in coordination of and participation in mock surveys.
• Performs related duties as required

Qualifications

• Required:
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in patient care related field
  • Experience: 3 years experience in healthcare or quality management
