Job summary

INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City is seeking a Sr. Patient Accounting Specialist for day shift (6am-6pm) on a full-time basis.

The role focuses on processing complex healthcare transactions, manual review of denials, and managing payer relationships. The candidate will support auditing and appeals, maintain data integrity across multiple systems, and collaborate with departments to improve revenue cycle processes.

Qualifications

• Four years experience in healthcare billing, collections, payment processing or denials management.
• Experience with DRG, ICD-10, CPT-4 and UB04/CMS-1500 claim billing preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations and HIPAA practices.

Responsibilities

• Process complex transactions including healthcare payments and claims.
• Audit and manage appeals with third-party and government payers.
• Monitor payer files for accuracy and update records as needed.
• Prepare and submit required reports and maintain documentation.
