Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Senior Patient Access Specialist to perform admitting duties for patients at Benton Radiology in Cushing, OK. You will ensure accurate MRN assignment, insurance verification, and POS processing while maintaining high service levels.

You will develop training materials, assist with staff scheduling, and participate in after-hours on-call coverage as needed. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of Revenue Cycle including admission, billing, payments, and denials.
• Knowledge of patient insurance process for obtaining authorizations and benefits verification.

Responsibilities

• Assign MRNs and complete medical necessity or compliance checks.
• Review eligibility responses and enter benefit data to support POS and billing.
• Develop training materials for new hires and provide ongoing education to associates.
• On-call responsibilities for after-hours support and staffing coverage.
