Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a closely related field.
• Three years of recent, progressive patient registration and insurance verification experience, with at least two years in supervision/management.

Responsibilities

• Directs and provides strategic leadership to the Patient Access teams across Ventura County Medical Center and Santa Paula Hospital.
• Mentors a team of Patient Access Supervisors and frontline staff to ensure accountability.
• Maps and modernizes patient registration, admitting, and scheduling workflows to maximize front-end accuracy.
• Drives process redesign to eliminate manual work, reduce denials, and improve patient throughput.
• Ensures a welcoming, compliant patient check-in experience and stellar customer service.
