Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
• Leadership/mentoring experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, referrals, and authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for staff regarding workflow questions and day-to-day needs.
• Provide guidance on scheduling protocols, insurance verifications, referrals, patient interactions, and system navigation.
• Assist with onboarding and cross-training of staff.
• Coordinate daily coverage and workflow distribution with leadership.
• Promote accuracy in documentation and adherence to workflows.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience.
• Escalate operational concerns to leadership as needed.
• Handle complex calls requiring problem-solving and service recovery.
