You will mentor new Patient Access Representatives, support scheduling, monitor compliance, and drive continuous improvement to enhance the patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of Front Office experience in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
• Ability to handle billing and insurance-related inquiries.
