Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with preference in business, healthcare administration, or industrial engineering.
• 4+ years of in-depth healthcare experience in patient access functions (referrals, scheduling, authorizations).
• Defined accomplishments achieved during their healthcare experience.
• Excellent client communication skills, collaborative work style, and good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail.
• Must demonstrate Nordic’s maxims and be flexible to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily execution of project initiatives while guiding junior colleagues.
• Producing data-driven outcomes using reports and dashboards from various sources.
• Guiding data analysis to develop solutions for healthcare providers.
• Delivering solutions based on Nordic SAS methodologies to improve patient access.
• Developing financial analyses, statistical reports, and client-ready deliverables.
• Facilitating growth of less experienced team members through training and ownership.
