Nordic Global in the United States is seeking a Senior Consultant to advance Patient Access initiatives across acute, surgical, and ambulatory settings. You will mentor and deliver data-driven insights to healthcare providers, guiding engagement workstreams with Nordic SAS methodologies.

You will own deliverables, develop financial analyses and visualizations, and present findings to client leadership while training junior teammates and maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or industrial engineering.
• 4+ years of healthcare experience in Patient Access functions (referrals, scheduling, authorizations).
• Excellent client communication, collaborative work style, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily execution of project initiatives while guiding junior colleagues.
• Produce data-driven outcomes using dashboards from data warehouses, benchmarks, and methodologies.
• Guide data analysis to identify opportunities and propose solutions for healthcare providers.
• Develop and deliver client-ready analytics, agendas, and presentations with high quality.
