Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports in a healthcare related field.
• Bachelor's degree in medical lab science or equivalent, OR four (4) years of experience in medical technology/healthcare related field OR seven (7) years of experience in medical technology/healthcare related field.
• Pathologist's Assistant Certificate required at hire.

Responsabilités

• Promotes learning and collaboration by providing information, resources, advice, and expertise to coworkers and customers; builds cross-functional relationships.
• Orders and analyzes work plans, identifies priorities, and guides teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Develops training materials and conducts competency training to maintain testing and training standards.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and accreditation standards, and updates documentation accordingly.
• Acts as a liaison among medical laboratory services and other departments, monitoring regulatory changes and coordinating quality initiatives.
