Job summary

Houston Methodist Pathology Associates in Houston, Texas, is seeking an experienced, full-time AP/CP or AP board-certified pathologist with broad general pathology expertise for an outlying hospital position. Subspecialty training in surgical pathology or other anatomic pathology areas is encouraged.

The successful candidate will be part of a large, collegial pathology group that provides diagnostic services to all hospitals in the Houston Methodist Hospital System.

Qualifications

• MD or DO (or equivalent) and Board certification in AP/CP or AP.
• Minimum of three years of independent diagnostic experience.
• Has or is eligible for a Texas medical license.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic services within a large pathology group.
• Collaborate with medical staff, lab personnel, and administration.
