Job summary

R & W Group seeks an experienced Patent Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in complex patent disputes in federal courts, before the PTAB, and ITC investigations. You will manage discovery, filings, and trial prep across all case phases.

Required are seven years of paralegal experience in a law firm, familiarity with federal practice, PTAB procedures, USPTO proceedings, and strong MS Office and eDiscovery skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and strong academic credentials.
• Minimum seven years of paralegal experience.
• Previous experience in a law firm.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and eDiscovery software.
• Paralegal certificate from ABA-accredited program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support complex patent disputes in federal district courts and ITC proceedings.
• Coordinate PTAB filings and USPTO proceedings.
• Manage case lifecycle from inception through appeal with case-management tools.
• Oversee discovery, document collection, production, and deposition prep.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and trial materials; assist with witness prep.
