Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate in Washington, DC with 3–6 years of patent litigation experience to join our team.

You will handle federal court actions, coordinate ITC investigations, draft briefs, work with technical experts, and participate in PTAB proceedings.

Admission to the relevant jurisdiction and a JD from an accredited law school are required.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of patent litigation experience.
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Engage in patent litigation in federal district court, including fact development and trial preparation.
• Coordinate ITC investigations (Section 337) with parallel proceedings.
• Draft high-quality briefs, motions, and client communications.
• Collaborate with technical experts to present persuasive arguments.
• Participate in PTAB proceedings, including IPRs.
• Explore SEPs/FRAND and telecommunications disputes.
