Qualifications

• 5+ years of post bar admission legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.
• Registered to practice before the USPTO (USPTO registration).

Responsibilities

• Engage product managers, developers, engineers, and scientists to identify protectable aspects of their innovations.
• Work with outside counsel on the preparation, filing, and prosecution of US and foreign patent applications.
• Provide direct client counseling on IP issues arising from product development and business transactions.
• Analyze the patent portfolio and assess IP risk from third parties.
