A day in the life includes strategic legal counseling, contract negotiation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams on international consumer electronics manufacturing, AI, wearables, and smart devices. JD and 5+ years’ experience required.

Qualifications

5+ years of legal experience
5+ years of post bar admission legal experience
Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent
Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
Knowledge of manufacturing, international supply chain, and logistics

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive legal support for manufacturing, procurement, and technology licensing initiatives globally
Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements with precision and strategic insight
Counsel business teams on intricate supply chain, intellectual property, and regulatory matters
Proactively resolve legal challenges and manage potential pre-litigation disputes
