The Press Club Grill is seeking a Pastry Cook 3 (Full-Time) to prepare, bake, and display a range of pastry items for the restaurant, room service, employee cafeteria, and banquets in a hotel setting in Honolulu, Hawaii.

You will ensure cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen, minimize waste, and assist higher level pastry cooks when business requires, with a focus on quality and consistency in all products prepared.

• Effective communication in verbal and written form with all levels of staff and guests.

Responsabilidades

• Have thorough knowledge of menus and the preparation required, according to hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all storage areas.
• Prepare and display buffet items according to hotel standards.
• Proficiency in baking, poaching, deep-frying, and par-cooking.
• Prepare baked goods for Banquets and room service as required.
• Follow health department and company regulations for food handling and safety.
