Position Overview: We seek a Senior Pastor to provide spiritual leadership and guidance to our congregation. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dynamic and engaging spiritual leadership following the congregation’s values and beliefs.
• Deliver inspiring and thought-provoking sermons that connect with individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
• Foster a culture of inclusivity, acceptance, and love within the congregation and beyond.
• Lead worship services and other religious ceremonies with compassion and reverence.
• Collaborate with staff and lay leaders to coordinate educational programs, community outreach initiatives, and social justice efforts.
• Offer pastoral care to individuals and families during times of joy, crisis, and sorrow.
• Serve as a visible and active presence in the community, building relationships and partnerships that strengthen the congregation’s mission and outreach.

Qualifications:

• An ordained minister with a recognized theological degree from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in pastoral ministry, preferably in a setting that values inclusivity and social justice.
• Strong communication skills, both in preaching and interpersonal interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and congregants of diverse backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing spiritual growth and continuing education.
• Demonstrated leadership in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within a religious community.
