Qualifications

• 2+ years of patient financial services, billing, or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the admission/registration team to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Perform pre-registration, verify eligibility, and obtain prior authorizations.
• Collect patient payments and meet daily/monthly collection targets.
• Provide financial counseling and assist with Medicaid and financial aid options.
• Serve as liaison among patients, billing, vendors, and payors to optimize receivables.
