Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Senior Parts Specialist to manage parts ordering, inventory control, and cross-functional support across Service, Sales, Warehouse, and Accounting teams in Charlotte, NC. The role is hands-on and focuses on accurate processing, replenishment, and supplier follow-up.

The position emphasizes maintaining stock levels, facilitating deliveries, and ensuring data accuracy while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of parts experience within a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Some general knowledge of ERP systems preferred.
• High school diploma; no degree required; not an Analyst position.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds with bending, standing, and kneeling as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage parts orders from entry through fulfillment and shipment; provide pricing, availability, shipment status, and general support.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts; investigate discrepancies.
• Review on-hand quantities, demand, lead times, and stocking levels; set reorder points.
• Follow up with suppliers on acknowledgments, pricing, quantities, and ship dates; track open POs.
• Coordinate/verify incoming parts; support returns and RMAs; ensure correct quantities and locations.
• Coordinate parts inventory activities and cross-department coordination.
• Ensure warehouse parts are stocked, labeled, organized, and transactionally accurate.
