You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage warranty and returns, and oversee inventory to meet customer demand while optimizing revenue. The Parts Manager reports to the General Manager and helps shape store success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership Parts Manager experience.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Parts staff recruiting, training, and development to meet department and customer needs.
• Resolve customer requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Warranty parts management and compliance with procedures.
• Returns processing for core, warranty, manufacturer, and aftermarket parts.
• Inventory management to meet customer demands and manage stock levels.
• Hold daily and monthly staff meetings; complete month-end reporting.
• Maintain appearance and assets of parts inventory and displays.
• Report to the General Manager.
