San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance is seeking a Senior Business Development Partnership Manager to develop, solicit, and close corporate partnership deals that align with our mission.

You will oversee a Senior Business Development Representative, coordinate activation, manage existing partners, and collaborate with internal teams to capitalize on opportunities. This role requires strategic thinking and strong negotiation skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field required.
• 3+ years of experience in national/global sponsorship sales, promotions, or partnerships.
• Experience in a zoo or theme park and in a not-for-profit organization preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Pursue new partner relationships, building proposals, pitching, negotiating and executing agreements.
• Oversee Senior Representative, coordinate inbound activation and sponsorship requests, manage existing partners and contract fulfillment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on partner opportunities.
• Negotiate and execute renewals as warranted.
• Represent SDZWA at industry or external events.
