Job summary

Rocky Mountain Public Media seeks a Senior Business Partnerships Account Executive to drive sustainable revenue by managing a portfolio of business and non-profit partners, developing new revenue through partnerships, and building mission-aligned collaborations.

You will lead the full partnership cycle—from research and proposals to negotiation, closing, fulfillment, renewal, and expansion—while providing market intelligence and revenue insights to inform strategic innovation.

Responsibilities

• Own, retain, and grow an assigned portfolio of values-aligned business partners with assets including underwriting acknowledgements and placements across broadcast, streaming audio, podcasts, newsletters, web and events.
• Achieve annual revenue goals through renewals, account growth, new business, multiyear agreements, and expanded partnerships.
• Develop account, territory, and revenue strategies aligned with department goals.
• Maintain a qualified, accurately tracked pipeline to support current- and future-year revenue expectations.
• Provide accurate revenue forecasts and identify risks or opportunities affecting portfolio performance.
