Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior Supply Partnerships Manager to join its team in Boston, MA. This role focuses on driving strategic publisher partnerships across North America, helping mobile apps unlock revenue opportunities through rewarded advertising solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in partnerships or tech sales, excels at leading negotiations, managing pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or technology sales.
• Background in adtech, mobile apps, performance marketing, fintech, rewards platforms, digital media, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value commercial partnerships.
• Strong understanding of adtech and mobile monetization KPIs including CPI, eCPM, CPC, ARPDAU, and related metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting revenue, and maintaining CRM systems.
• Proficiency with presentation and analytical tools such as Google Slides, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.
• Ability to independently drive opportunities from prospecting through signed agreement.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete sales cycle for high-growth and enterprise publisher partnerships across North America.
• Generate new partnership opportunities through outbound prospecting and relationship development.
• Lead commercial negotiations and strategic discussions with executive, growth, product, and marketing stakeholders.
• Build customized business cases, presentations, and monetization strategies tailored to partner objectives.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and CRM documentation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Account Management, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term partner success.
• Gather market intelligence and partner feedback to influence product development and go-to-market initiatives.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and executive meetings.
• Contribute to regional growth efforts and help expand the company's North American market presence.
