Job summary

Gauntlet is seeking a senior Partnerships/BD professional to own the full deal cycle for Earn opportunities, from discovery through activation. You will originate and close high-value partnerships with fintechs, exchanges, wallets, and DeFi protocols, including greenfield initiatives where Gauntlet leads.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance to position Gauntlet in target verticals, maintain accurate CRM, and travel to conferences as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years work experience in partnerships, BD, or similar in fintech/crypto
• End-to-end ownership of multi-stakeholder deals
• Ability to source first-mover opportunities and structure partnerships

Responsibilities

• Own full deal cycle for Earn opportunities from discovery to close and activation
• Perform rigorous discovery and qualification; structure favorable terms and walk away when needed
• Originate greenfield partnerships where Gauntlet can be first to market
• Own post-signature outcomes; drive activation to live programs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance
• Maintain pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and CRM accuracy
• Represent Gauntlet at industry events and conferences, travel as needed
