Job summary

Efficient Capital Labs seeks a Senior Partnerships Manager to grow our ecosystem by cultivating relationships with VC funds, brokers, accelerators, fintechs, SaaS companies, founder communities, and other partners. You will develop programs across referrals, embedded finance, co-marketing, and joint GTM, while embedding ECL’s products into partner experiences.

• Strong understanding of the startup and technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships across VC funds, brokers and capital advisors, accelerators, fintechs, SaaS companies, founder communities, and other strategic partners.
• Develop partnership programs across referrals, embedded finance, co-marketing, joint GTM, and community.
• Identify opportunities to embed ECL into partner platforms and customer journeys, working across product, data, and GTM teams to create frictionless customer experiences.
• Turn partnerships into active growth channels that generate distribution, referrals, and pipeline.
• Build programs that make ECL genuinely valuable to our partners and the companies they serve.
• Create and run founder dinners, CFO roundtables, partner events, community programs, and other high-touch experiences.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership to take partnerships from idea through execution.
• Track partner performance and identify which relationships, programs, and channels are driving meaningful commercial impact.
