Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in partnership marketing & business development.
• Entrepreneurial and able to work independently/take ownership.
• Ability to summarize complex concepts and craft win-win strategies with partners.
• Enjoy working with analytical people in data-driven businesses.
• Impeccable attention to detail, end-to-end ownership and quality control.
• Ability to communicate with partners with little to no oversight.

Responsabilités

• Take the lead in growing Rocket Travel's largest partnerships in the Americas region with day-to-day management, goal setting, data analysis, and relationship focus.
• Set partner goals and strategy; influence internal and external partners to take on new initiatives.
• Prepare partner presentations and account reviews; create new product collateral.
• Manage partner marketing calendar and brief stakeholders on campaigns and promotions.
• Serve as the first escalation point for partner/customer issues with platforms.
• Benchmark the competitive landscape to keep products best-in-class and identify new features.
• Support finance with billing reconciliation to ensure correct billing from partners.
• Recommend future campaigns and placements to optimize performance and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketers and designers to improve marketing and product outcomes.
• Participate in A/B testing to drive conversion and retention across regions.
• Manage deadlines across projects; adapt to short and long engagements.
