Job summary

Findhelp is seeking a Senior Partnerships Project Manager to blend business analysis with project management, driving partner integrations and marketplace supplier enablement. You will document, improve, and communicate complex processes across teams, empower Sales and Customer Success, and own onboarding for marketplace partners.

You will collaborate with Legal, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure successful partnerships, manage intake and prioritization, and scale enablement resources for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 7+ years in partnership management or related SaaS roles.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and scope business drivers and technical workflows for partner integrations.
• Articulate platform capabilities and integration APIs to guide scoping.
• Develop and manage implementation project plans with stakeholders.
• Coordinate handoffs to technical teams for execution and deployment.
• Identify and resolve integration roadblocks to maintain timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partnership execution.
• Improve documentation, enablement resources, and training materials.
