Job summary

Loud And Live, based in Miami, FL, seeks a Senior Partnerships Coordinator to support the Partnerships team with partner activations, client services, project management, and fulfillment. This onsite role focuses on delivering value through seamless execution of sponsorships across events.

Ideal candidates are client-service oriented, highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive, able to coordinate with production, marketing, and operations to maximize partner ROI and drive successful live

Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day management of brand partnerships and relationships, focusing on retention and renewals.
Track deliverables and deadlines to ensure on-time commitments.
Assist in creating/editing proposals and event recap reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to support activations and asset delivery.
Look for ways to optimize partnership activation and fulfillment processes.
Oversee on-site activations during events and assist with hospitality and logistics.
Assist with content capture for partner recap reports.
Prepare post-event recap reports highlighting ROI for partners.
