Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA license, licensed J.D. or Enrolled Agent.
• 7+ years of corporate federal tax compliance and consulting experience.
• Experience with partnerships/LLCs and M&A activities.
• Strong communication and MS Excel/Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on partnership tax services including planning, research, compliance, allocations and transactions.
• Develop staff and manage partnership client needs for federal and state tax compliance.
• Foster client relationships and stay current on tax law changes.
• Provide technical expertise and coordinate with US and India teams.
• Review and analyze complex tax returns and assist with new business development.
