Job description

We are looking for a Senior Partnership Manager .

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and implement a long-term partnership strategy, including formats, channels, and partner types (vendors, agencies, consultants, platforms).
  • Build and manage a partner pipeline– from scouting and evaluation to activation and scaling.
  • Define and track partnership performance metrics, such as CAC, LTV, share of sourced contractors, and share of contracted projects via partners.
  • Create and optimize partnership processes, including onboarding, activation, motivation, and ongoing support.
  • Establish a monitoring and reporting system, including CRM workflows and dashboards.
  • Conduct complex negotiationsand manage legal and financial aspects of partnership deals.
  • Continuously research the market and identify new partnership opportunities – from regional contractors to strategic alliances.

Who are you?

The following knowledge and skills would ensure your success in this role:

  • 3–5 years of experiencein building partnership programs or working with vendor networks in an IT company.
  • Proven track record indeveloping B2B ecosystems, including managing external channels, agency networks, consulting or recruiting partners.
  • A strongstrategist and operator in one– capable of formulating hypotheses and driving them to measurable outcomes.
  • Ability toindependently launch and scale processeswithout relying on pre-existing infrastructure.
  • Soliddata handling skills: proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and experience with CRMs (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho or equivalents).
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English– confident communication with international partners.
  • Excellentsoft skills: structured thinking, proactivity, ability to build trust and manage expectations.

Nice to have:

  • Experience inbuilding partnership programs for international markets(e.g., USA, DACH, UK).
  • Solid understanding of theIT industry landscape and technical terminology, including recruitment, development, and outsourcing.
  • Established network or personal contact basein the industry is a strong plus.
