The Senior Partnerships Manager will be part of a team of individuals responsible for leading highly visible, strategic marketing partnerships to drive value for our customers, enterprise and partners. This person will work closely with the Business Development team to support the growth of new partner relationships, as well as continue to nurture and cultivate existing partnerships to deliver maximum value for company. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and steering effective strategic partnerships, serving as the day-to-day contact for partners across the Marketing organization. This individual will also work cross-functionally to bring our strategic partnerships to life. Additionally, the individual will support highly strategic projects for the business and work collaboratively with internal collaborators and partners to solve problems related to the success of existing or new lines of business.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, trusting partner relationships and oversee the day-to-day management and execution of strategic partnerships to deliver maximum value for T-Mobile and our partners.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, consumer engagement, social, advertising, legal and PR to bring strategic partnerships to life.
  • Develop an understanding of external partners' business and marketing goals, central initiatives, and current issues relevant to their business and industry to resolve business issues and serve as an internal advocate for partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or advertising required
  • 4-7 of relevant experience in corporate alliances or strategic partnership management; extensive partner development and management experience is critical
  • Over 5 years of increasing levels of responsibility and demonstrated leadership experience
  • Established organization, time-management, and interpersonal skills; Shown verbal and written communication skills; Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Diverse experience in wireless, advertising, telecom, and/or media (desired)

Base Pay Range: $104,000 - $187,700Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
