Job summary

The Los Angeles Sparks are seeking a Director of Partnership Activation to develop and grow strategic corporate partnerships and execute activation plans for the team. This on-site role partners with marketing, community relations, game presentation, and operations to deliver best-in-class partner experiences.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in sports partnerships or a related field, a bachelor’s degree, excellent communication, and strong project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education.
• 3–4 years of experience in business, sports operations or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage partnerships and activate marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships with LA Sparks’ top partners and drive revenue through activation planning.
• Manage activation platforms including marketing and community programming for partners.
• Coordinate in-game elements, events, and VIP experiences for partner campaigns.
• Lead business review meetings and provide performance recaps with KPIs.
