Job summary

The Washington Spirit is seeking a Manager, Partnership Activation to lead a high-level client portfolio and oversee activations across sponsorships, events, and digital media. You’ll report to the Director Partnership Activation and ensure best-in-class service while sustaining partner revenue.

This role is based in Falls Church, VA, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will collaborate across departments, deliver exceptional client service, and uncover new revenue opportunities while

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of high-level account management and/or partnership activation experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with tact.
• Familiarity with sponsorship measurement tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Represent Washington Spirit as the main contact for assigned corporate partners.
• Manage sponsorship activations across departments to ensure top-tier execution.
• Plan and execute events, promotions, experiences, and community activities for partners.
• Develop and implement marketing activation strategies to create revenue opportunities.
• Attend home games and partner events to manage activations and collect insights.
