WNC & Associates is seeking a detail-oriented Partnership Accountant to manage accounting and reporting for partnership entities, ensuring GAAP compliance and timely closes. You will prepare financial statements, tax packages, and schedules, and collaborate with external firms to meet deadlines.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience in partnership accounting, LIHTC familiarity, and strong Excel/ERP skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting, including partnership accounting; LIHTC experience preferred.
• GAAP, partnership accounting, and partnership taxation knowledge.
• Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax packages.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.

Mansioni

• Prepare and review financial statements, tax packages, and schedules for partnerships and LLCs per GAAP.
• Manage accounting and reporting for portfolio of partnership entities; ensure monthly/quarterly/annual reporting.
• Review annual tax returns, audited financials, and LIHTC-related workpapers.
• Coordinate with external firms to ensure timely financial reports and deadlines.
• Analyze complex accounting and tax issues, including 704(b) capital accounts and depreciation.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports for investors and regulators.
• Maintain general ledger, cash activity, fixed assets, and partnership records.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet analyses.
• Assist with month-/quarter-/year-end close and internal controls.
• Mentor Partnership Accountant I staff and collaborate with departments.
