Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners seeks an experienced Fund Investment Reporting and Management professional to prepare and analyze GAAP financial results for LIHTC and Real Estate Equity funds, providing accurate information to management, investors and regulators.

The role requires collaboration across internal teams, investors, auditors, and external partners, maintaining ledgers, tax provisions, and annual tax returns while continuously improving processes and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• 2-5 years accounting/finance experience required.
• Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze operating results for GAAP financial reporting of LIHTC and Real Estate Equity funds.
• Maintain ledgers, schedules, and journal entries in accordance with GAAP and partnership documents.
• Communicate with investors, partners, auditors, and regulators to support Enterprise’s business.
• Support internal control policies and assess process improvements and automation.
